BUILDER PARTNER PROGRAM 2007 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
How to register and earn Builder Partner Program points:
Visit the Builder Partner Program on-line fulfillment site at www.moenbpp.com and provide the requested information to complete your registration for the Program. Between your date of registration for the Builder Partner Program and the one year anniversary of your registration ("Program Period"), enter information at www.moenbpp.com about the single-family homes you are building during the Program Period where you specify Moen® plumbing fixtures and accessories. You will earn fifty (50) Builder Partner Program points ("BPP points") for each home where you specify Moen® products, up to a maximum of 2,500 BPP points total. All entries are subject to review and verification, which may include a request for backup documentation or a physical inspection of the homes by a representative of Moen. Commercial properties, multi-family projects and condominium complexes are NOT eligible to earn BPP points. If an entry is determined to be ineligible, any BPP points rewarded for such entry will be void and deducted from your account and may subject you to elimination from the Program. BPP points are not transferable.
What can you get with the Builder Partner Program points:
A variety of promotional items will be available at www.moenbpp.com through redemption of earned BPP points. BPP points are not redeemable for cash.
How to redeem Builder Partner Program points:
Go to www.moenbpp.com and follow the on-line instructions to order the promotional material that you want in exchange for your earned BPP points. Each order must be filled out completely and submitted in accordance with the instructions. All orders must be submitted during the Program Period. Any incomplete or late orders will be considered void. Untimely, incomplete or otherwise ineligible orders will not be accepted. Processing time for a new order is dependant upon the specifics of the order; all lead-times for promotional items will be posted on the site.
When Builder Partner Program points expire:
BPP points expire at the end of the Program Period, which is one year after your date of registration in the Builder Partner Program. Any BPP points that are not used prior to their date of expiration will be considered void and will not be compensated for in any manner.

You can access your account information online at www.moenbpp.com.
Taxes:
All federal, state and local taxes for the Builder Partner Program are the responsibility of the participant.
Who is eligible to register for the Builder Partner Program:
Small to moderately sized builders (approximately 20 – 50 homes per year) that do not currently have a Moen sales representative assigned to them are eligible to register and participate in the Builder Partner Program.
Program Administration and Rules Interpretation:
Moen Incorporated is the sole interpreter and reserves the right to modify, change or terminate the Builder Partner Program at any time. Any falsification of eligibility information or entries automatically eliminates that participant from the Program. If, in Moen’s sole discretion, any of the Program requirements are not met by the applicant, the registration and/or earned BPP points will not be permitted. Any attempt to misrepresent information, submit fraudulent entries or to deliberately damage the web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Program is a violation of criminal and civil laws and shall result in elimination from the Moen Builder Partner Program and the immediate deactivation and forfeiture of any BPP points and promotional materials that may have already been awarded.
Email Notifications and Updates:
As a participant of the Builder Partner Program, you are authorizing Moen Incorporated to communicate with you via email regarding, but not limited to, program updates, promotional opportunities, product information, trend newsletters, surveys, etc.
